Text Message Terms & Conditions

Program name: YŪ Ritual. We send text messages to members, guests, and people who ask to hear from us. Messages come from YŪ Ritual only. We never send messages on behalf of another company, and we never send third-party advertising.

Messages fall into two categories:

• Booking and account messages — session confirmations, reminders, and changes; guest invitations; Ritual Pass balance notices; billing and safety notices.
• News and offers — occasional studio news, events, and promotions.

You join the program by giving us your mobile number and separately agreeing to receive texts. You can do that by:

• Checking the text message consent box on a form at yuritual.com. The box is not checked by default and is not required — you can create an account, buy a Ritual Pass, and book a session without agreeing to texts.
• Giving us your mobile number in person or on a paper form that carries this same disclosure.
• Texting us first from the number you want us to reply to.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, membership, or any service we provide, and it is never bundled into another agreement. Agreeing to these terms is not itself consent to receive text messages — consent is a separate, affirmative choice you make.

Booking and account messages and news-and-offers messages are separate opt-ins. Agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other.

Message frequency varies with how often you book. Most members receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive. Message delivery is supported on major US carriers, but carrier support can change without notice.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging vendors that deliver messages on our behalf, and those vendors are contractually barred from using them for any other purpose.

We also do not buy, rent, or accept phone numbers from lead generators, list brokers, or any third party. Every number in this program was given to us directly by the person it belongs to.

You must be 18 or older, hold a United States mobile number, and be the account holder or an authorized user of the number you give us. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned so we can stop messaging a number that is no longer yours.

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continuing to participate in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
